How Does the Ordering Process Work?
Ordering with The Print Garage is simple:
- Place Your Order – Select your product, upload your logo (300DPI/vector), and confirm your order.
- Artwork Approval – Our team will provide a custom design for your review and approval.*
- Sample Proofing (if applicable) – Some orders require a sample proof before production begins.
- Production & Customisation – Your order is produced based on your chosen customisation option.
- Dispatch & Delivery – Once quality checked, your order is shipped from our Meanjin warehouse with tracking provided.

You can upload your design directly on our website when you submit your order. Click the Upload Artwork button to add. Be sure to read our artwork guidelines to ensure our team can use your logo. You can find these below the upload logo button.
After we receive your order we review it and ensure the artwork you provided is in the right format and quality. Then we create a mockup of the design for you to review. Production will not begin until the mockup is approved and order payment is received.
You can find our guidelines for artwork submissions below the upload your logo button . Please try to upload high resolution files in AI, SVG, PDF or EPS format as these are the best quality for our designers to work with. If you do not have the correct file format we can assist you with redrawing your logo. Reach out to a customer service representative to begin this process.
We offer some of the lowest MOQs in the industry! For most of our products, the MOQ is just 15 per design - mixing both unisex and fitted cuts in one order. For other items, MOQs vary. This information is highlighted on each product page and in the product descriptions.

We offer two payment options:
Credit Card: Pay instantly at checkout.
Tax Invoice: Payment is required upfront before we can submit your order to production, as our suppliers do not accept unpaid orders.
If paying by invoice, please forward your remittance to sales@theprintgarage.com.au or your sales representative to ensure we can track the funds and process your order as quickly as possible.
